【Braised small wild fish】
Overview
There are many small fish floating on the water in Fuzhou, whether in ponds or reservoirs. They swim in groups. I really can’t accurately translate its name in Mandarin, so let’s call it Xiaoyeyu! I took my two children to the reservoir to fish on Sunday. Throughout the morning, in addition to the boiled fish, there were about 10 more that were pickled in salt and prepared to be dried in the sun and made into dried fish. Although I didn't catch a big fish, I was very satisfied because the children were very happy... Although this kind of wild fish has many spines, it is surprisingly fragrant; it is fried to a crispy texture and stewed with pickled peppers; at this time, the rice is very innocent!
