Stir-fried tender pumpkin shreds
Overview
Very hot weekend. I really like the fragrance of tender pumpkin. I fried garlic-flavored tender pumpkin shreds before, but this time I stir-fried them. The fragrance of tender pumpkin shreds and a little bit of chili pepper are still delicious.

Wash and shred the tender pumpkin. (I used a grater to do it.)

Slice onion and garlic, cut millet and pepper into rings, and set aside peppercorns.

Heat the pan with cold oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion, garlic, pepper, millet and pepper and sauté until fragrant.

Add the tender pumpkin shreds and stir-fry until cooked through, add salt and bring to the pot.
