Fig Tart
Overview
Figs are a very nutritious fruit. They are rich in amino acids and are good for the human body. Of course, its nutritional content is not limited to amino acids. Let’s search it on Baidu~~ The fruit period of figs is fleeting, so be sure to taste them as soon as possible. The fig I used today was grown by my aunt. There was only one fig. I picked all the ripe fruits~ A very simple dessert, but it greatly satisfied the child's taste buds. Happiness is very simple~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Sift the flour and mix with the chilled butter. (Butter does not need to be softened in advance)
-
Gently rub the flour and butter together with your hands until evenly combined, and form into bread crumbs.
-
Add 5g egg liquid.
-
Then add water.
-
Gently use your hands to form dough. Do not over-knead to prevent the dough from becoming glutenous. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-
After taking out the dough, use a rolling pin to roll it into a piece of dough about 3mm thick.
-
Prepare the tart mold, place the dough sheet into the mold, press lightly to fit, and roll out the excess with a rolling pin.
-
Then use a fork to poke holes in the bottom of the dough.
-
Spread tin foil on the dough sheet and add some beans to prevent the dough from bubbling due to heat during baking.
-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. After baking for 15 minutes, take out the tart mold, remove the beans and tin foil, and bake again in the oven for 5 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.
-
Add powdered sugar to light cream and beat. (It’s not easy to handle on a hot day, so it’s easier to operate in an air-conditioned room)
-
The whipped cream should be like a piping bag and piped into the cooled tart cake.
-
Wash the figs and cut them into the shapes in the picture, or any shape you like.
-
Finally, place the figs on top of the cream for decoration.
