Bacon, Ham and Corn Baked Rice
Overview
To be honest, this baked rice is really a civilian-level recipe, a rich-level enjoyment. Just spreading a layer of mozzarella cheese on the surface of the fried rice immediately raises the whole level of the fried rice. The rich cheese flavor coupled with the fragrant fried rice, the rich and full texture is satisfying every bite. It even captured the hearts of my whole family

Preparation Ingredients: Chop mozzarella cheese and set aside

First fry the bacon (no need to add oil), mix in the diced ham and stir well

Pour oil into the pot and heat until 80%, add rice and stir-fry

Pour in the diced bacon and ham and stir-fry evenly, then add a pinch of salt and continue to stir-fry
