27’s cooking diary – mung bean and rice
Overview
Nowadays, rice cookers are indeed very convenient, but sometimes, I still miss some of the taste of my childhood, so today, I used our local method and traditional cooking method to make drained rice this time. If there is a power outage at home, you can still cook like this~ Huhu~~

The fragrant mung bean rice is ready. The whole rice is very loose and crispy. The drained rice soup can be drank directly or used to cook other ingredients. When I was little, 27’s favorite thing was to eat drained rice and then drink a big bowl of rice soup~ Yeah~ But if you want to lose weight, don’t drink rice soup~ Just eat rice~ Rice soup is easy to gain weight! Hehe~~ If you don’t like mung beans, just use rice!
