Take out the tart shells one by one from the refrigerator and defrost them for 15 minutes!

Separate egg yolks. Beat 2 egg yolks into egg yolk liquid!

Use a large bowl to add the whipping cream, fresh milk, egg yolk liquid, corn flour, and sugar just measured and stir together evenly!

Also prepare a large bowl and sift the mixed liquid!

The egg tart shells are placed on the baking sheet, each filled with 70% liquid!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the baking sheet with the egg tart on the middle shelf of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then change to 150 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes!
