  1. Prepare braised buns, if you don’t have them you don’t need to use them

  2. Wash chicken feet and dry with water

  3. In a saucepan (other pots are also acceptable) add water and sugar and bring to a boil

  4. Add chicken feet and stir-fry until browned

  5. Add oil to the pan and fry

  6. It’s fried

  7. Add water to the stewed buns and cook in a small pressure cooker for twenty minutes

  8. After turning off the heat, add five-spice powder and thirteen-spice powder and soak the chicken feet for an hour

  9. Add a little soy sauce and salt powder, cover the pressure cooker and cook for ten minutes, then open the lid to reduce the juice

  10. Plate it and get your teeth ready!
