Prepare braised buns, if you don’t have them you don’t need to use them

Wash chicken feet and dry with water

In a saucepan (other pots are also acceptable) add water and sugar and bring to a boil

Add chicken feet and stir-fry until browned

Add oil to the pan and fry

Add water to the stewed buns and cook in a small pressure cooker for twenty minutes

After turning off the heat, add five-spice powder and thirteen-spice powder and soak the chicken feet for an hour

Add a little soy sauce and salt powder, cover the pressure cooker and cook for ten minutes, then open the lid to reduce the juice
