  1. Wash the crucian carp.

  2. Add minced onion and ginger, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and cooking wine to the meat filling and stir evenly.

  3. Then stuff the meat filling into the fish belly.

  4. Take a plate and put some slices of ginger on it.

  5. Place the fish on the ginger slices, add onions, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, light soy sauce, and corn oil.

  6. After the water boils, add the crucian carp.

  7. Steam over high heat for 16 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
