Peel and wash fresh corn. Take corn kernels. Can be cut with a knife.

Put it in a food processor, add two eggs and beat into a paste.

Add an appropriate amount of sugar and a small amount of glutinous rice flour. Because it is sticky, you can omit it. It feels more delicious if you add it.

Preheat the electric baking pan, brush it with a small amount of oil, and pour a spoonful of cornstarch into it.

Once one side is done, flip over to the other side. It's almost done once it's all colored.
