Place all ingredients except butter into bread pan

Start the kneading process, knead to the expansion stage, add butter and continue kneading to the complete stage

Ferment until doubled in size

After exhausting, divide into 8 equal portions and let rise for 15 minutes

Take out the hot dog sausages and defrost them in advance

Knead the risen dough into a long strip

Knead the dough until it is 4 times the length of the hot dog sausage

Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation for 40 minutes. Put hot water in the lower layer of the oven to maintain humidity
