Overview

The marshmallow version is very simple and delicious. I didn’t take pictures of the frying process, but it does not affect the operation. If you like it harder, you can reduce the butter by 5-10 grams. I like it soft and easy to bite.

  1. Melt half of the butter over low heat, add marshmallows and stir-fry until melted and stringy.

  2. Add milk powder, mix well and turn off the heat.

  3. Add chopped peanuts and cranberries, mix well.

  4. Pour onto the greased paper and shape into a square about 1 cm thick.

  5. Leave to cool slightly and cut into pieces. I add 5 grams more butter to the recipe. The prepared nougat is relatively soft, so it doesn’t matter if you cut it into a larger size. It’s easy to bite.
