Ingredients
Steps
-
Chop the garlic, tempeh, tomatoes into small dices, and shred the sour bamboo shoots and set aside
-
Marinate the beef with wine, salt, soy sauce and starch for 10 minutes
-
Wash and slice the pork belly. How to clean the pork belly without any peculiar smell can be explained in my other recipe, Homemade Stir-fried Pork Belly with Pickled Peppers
-
Add oil and sauté the garlic and black bean until fragrant, then add the pickled bamboo shoots and sauté for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes
-
Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry for another minute and add water
-
It's better if there is stock, but it doesn't matter if you don't use water. After boiling, cook for a few minutes to release the flavor. Add salt to taste. The soup has a sour and salty taste. I don't add chili pepper because I can't eat spicy food. You can add sour chili pepper and it will taste better
-
After the soup is cooked, add rice noodles
-
Just put some more oil before taking it out of the pan
