Stir-fried river shrimp with chive flowers
Overview
This handful of chive flowers has been in the refrigerator for two weeks. It happened that my sister-in-law bought river shrimps on Saturday and could fry them with the chive flowers. This is a dish that my mother used to like to make.

Wash the chive flowers and cut into sections

Pour water into the pot and boil, pour some oil, blanch the leek flowers for five minutes, remove and set aside
