【Tomato Recipe】Two-color Toast Bricks—Food Toast, Prepare for Christmas!
Overview
Last time, Tomato made a checkerboard toast using a square toast box. Today we will continue to make a fancy two-color toast. In order to welcome Christmas, Tomato has made a lot of preparations! The two-color toast brick is a special toast box for making Danish gold bricks. Of course, it is also good for making other breads. It’s not difficult to make, and you can taste the blend of chocolate and original milk in one bite. It’s a bread that both looks good and tastes good. This Christmas bread is a hit and worth trying!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Follow the recipe "Hand Kneading" or "Bread Machine Kneading" to complete the kneading. Divide the kneaded dough into two parts, the ratio is about 1:3. Add cocoa powder to the smaller part and knead evenly (you can add a little water to the cocoa powder appropriately)
-
The two kneaded doughs are rounded and fermented in a warm place around 25 degrees Celsius
-
After the primary fermentation is completed, deflate the air and roll it into a rectangular shape. Note that the large dough pieces are larger than the small ones
-
Brush a little water on the large dough piece to make the two doughs stick together more firmly
-
Roll up the top and bottom toward the center and pinch the seams
-
Put it in the toast box for secondary fermentation
-
The model will be almost full
-
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes and then remove from the mold immediately
