Winter Melon, Pork Ribs and Soybean Soup
Overview
In the cold Beijing, I feel like a cotton monkey when I go out, and I lie under the quilt at home and don’t want to move. Looking through the recipes, a winter melon, pork ribs and soybean soup attracted me. The ingredients are ready-made and the method is simple. On such a cold day, just cook a big pot and eat it in your stomach, and the cold will fly away. Autumn and winter are dry, especially in Beijing. Drinking more soup not only provides nutrition and nourishment, but also replenishes water for the body. Soybeans are a magic weapon to protect women's health and are also very effective in regulating endocrine. Add winter melon to make the soup more fragrant, add some pork ribs to make the taste more delicious, and more importantly, it is cold-resistant. Whether the soup is cooked well or not, the casserole is the key. Continue to use my Kunbo casserole that is not broken by dry cooking or quick cooling. After using it, you will find that the soup tastes even more delicious.
