Add water to the red dates and beat into a puree, add vegetable oil and mix well.

Add sifted cake flour.

Add soaked longan and mix well.

Beat whole eggs with sugar.

Beat until the color turns white and the dripping lines will not disappear.

Fold a quarter of the egg mixture into the batter, using a cutting and pressing technique.

Mix well for the first time, then add a quarter of the egg batter, and mix for the second time using the bottom-turning technique.

After mixing well for the second time, pour in the remaining egg batter, turn over and mix well.

Mixed cake batter.

Pour into a small cup lined with paper tray, 180 degrees, middle layer, 15 minutes.
