Santa Claus Cup Cake
Overview
I baked cup cakes today. Because it’s Christmas tomorrow, I made a few Christmas figures with strawberries. They looked very festive. The cup cakes are not difficult. I used the recipe for chiffon cakes.

Prepare materials.

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, add 5 grams of sugar, corn oil, and milk to the egg yolks and stir evenly.

Sift the flour and add to the egg yolks.

Stir evenly as shown.

Place the egg whites into a clean, water-free and oil-free egg beating pan.

Beat the egg whites until they form large peaks.

Add 15 grams of sugar in three batches and beat until dry.

Add one-third of the meringue into the egg yolk batter, and use the stirring method to fold from the bottom to the surface, and mix evenly.

Add another third of the meringue and mix evenly in the same way.

Mix everything and pour it into the remaining meringue.

Continue to stir until the egg whites and yolks are evenly mixed.

Prepare paper cups.

Divide the batter into paper cups, filling each cup approximately 70% full.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 18 minutes.

Put the evaporated milk into a clean basin and add 10 grams of sugar.

Beat the evaporated milk with a whisk.

Clean the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut the tops of the strawberries. Pour in the whipped cream, cover the top, and Santa Claus is ready.

Finally, put it into a piping bag and pipe it out to decorate the cup cake with cream.
