  1. Add 2 seasoning spoons of salt to the eggs and stir thoroughly. Otherwise, the steamed eggs will separate and the egg whites will settle at the bottom of the bowl.

  4. This is a picture of the finished product. They are not free-range eggs, so the color is a bit light. Also, 4 eggs are more tender when steamed. If you like older eggs, 6 eggs are better
