Ingredients
Steps
-
After the butter has softened at room temperature, add the caster sugar and powdered sugar. Do not use other sugars instead, otherwise the lines will disappear easily.
-
First, simply mix the sugar and butter without turning on the whisk.
-
Beat butter until fluffy.
-
Beat the eggs and add the butter in 3-5 batches. Each time you add eggs, you must beat them thoroughly before adding them a second time. Then add vanilla extract and beat evenly.
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well.
-
Place a medium-sized piping tip from Sanneng into a cloth piping bag, and then add the batter.
-
Extrude the shape you like.
-
Bake at 180 degrees until edges are browned, 20-30 minutes.
