Ingredients

Steps

  1. After the butter has softened at room temperature, add the caster sugar and powdered sugar. Do not use other sugars instead, otherwise the lines will disappear easily.

  2. First, simply mix the sugar and butter without turning on the whisk.

  3. Beat butter until fluffy.

  4. Beat the eggs and add the butter in 3-5 batches. Each time you add eggs, you must beat them thoroughly before adding them a second time. Then add vanilla extract and beat evenly.

  5. Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well.

  6. Place a medium-sized piping tip from Sanneng into a cloth piping bag, and then add the batter.

  7. Extrude the shape you like.

  8. Bake at 180 degrees until edges are browned, 20-30 minutes.
