When cooking with bacon, I personally think it goes very well with enoki mushrooms. Use bacon to wrap the enoki mushrooms and grill them without adding seasonings. You just rely on the flavor of the bacon itself, and it tastes very good when paired with the umami of the enoki mushrooms.

  1. Choose good bacon and cut it in half

  2. Choose tender enoki mushrooms, not the thick and old ones, cut off the roots and clean them

  3. Wrap the enoki mushrooms with bacon and place them in a baking pan
