  1. Steam black tartary buckwheat and set aside

  7. Brush a little oil on the top and bottom of the electric baking pan, put in the purple potato cakes, and cook until both sides are cooked

  8. The soft, glutinous and sweet purple sweet potato tea cake is coming out of the pan. It has the slight tea aroma of tartary buckwheat and the sweetness of honey. It is sweet but not greasy
