This is my own original dish! Black tartary buckwheat has the effect of lowering the three highs, laxative and detoxifying. The desserts bought outside are too sweet. Make it yourself, sweet but not greasy, and healthy for the body

Steam black tartary buckwheat and set aside

Steam the purple sweet potato, cool it slightly, grind it into flour, add warm water and baking powder and let it rise for about an hour
