Blanch the vermicelli until soft and drain into cold water.

Chop the cucumber into small pieces.

Cut lettuce into thick shreds.

Put lettuce, cucumber and vermicelli in a basin, season with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, mature vinegar and sesame oil. It is better to put a little mashed garlic.
