Overview
A few days ago, I invited a colleague to have spaghetti for his birthday. The noodles in that store were really unpalatable. This time I cooked them myself

I prepared the ingredients. I forgot to take pictures of the onions, mushrooms and yogurt. It was a bit confusing to upload the recipe for the first time
-
Dice onions, slice bacon and mushrooms, and cut off two slices of cheese
-
Cut the tomatoes into cross pieces, blanch them in boiling water, peel them, and chop them into small pieces
-
I don’t have time to take pictures when it’s in the pot. This is the cooked sauce. Stir the bacon first, then add the onions and chopped tomatoes. If it feels dry, add a little water. The tomatoes themselves have water. Don’t add too much. When the cooked tomatoes are almost melted, add the tomato sauce and diced cheese. Heat it over high heat until it is slightly thick. Add salt and it’s ready to serve
-
Boil a pot of water, add a spoonful of salt and oil, bring it to a boil, and cook the pasta for 8-10 minutes. Use chopsticks to check the softness and then take it out
-
Pour the cooked sauce over the noodles and it’s ready to go
