Stir-fried shredded beans with bacon
Overview
Relatives in the countryside sent some shredded beans. Shredded beans are soaked in mung beans, soybeans, and rice, ground into rice milk, spread into skins in a pot, and then cut into thick strips and dried in the sun. They can be cooked and eaten as a staple food. The fresh and wet ones can also be fried and eaten with bacon. In the past, rural areas in Hubei Province would make it every winter during the slack season.
