Soak the purchased tomatoes in salt water for a while, remove the stems and wash them

Wipe dry with kitchen towel

Cut in half, if it’s larger you can cut it into quarters

Arrange the sliced tomatoes on a baking sheet

Bake in the oven at 120 degrees for about 90 minutes, depending on your oven settings

Bake until dry and the middle part is a little soft but not completely dry

Sprinkle evenly with coriander and garlic slices

Bake the glass bottle in the oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes in advance, take it out and let it cool

Put the cherry tomatoes and spices and garlic slices into a glass bottle

Pour in olive oil that is higher than the tomatoes, cover and refrigerate for 7 days
