Prepare the ingredients, wash the carrots and remove the skin (very dirty);

Cut the rice cake into small pieces;

Cut carrots into small hob pieces;

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add rice cakes and cook;

Cook until all the rice cakes float, take them out;

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar in a small bowl;

Add oil to the wok, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant; add carrots and stir-fry;
