Overview

This was my favorite food when I was a kid. The ones I bought now felt that the peanuts inside were not tasty, so I learned how to make them myself. Not bad.

Steps

  1. Wash the peanuts in advance, drain the water, and then bake them in the oven. The upper and lower temperatures of the oven are 150 degrees and bake for 18 minutes, taking it out and turning it during this time. Let it heat evenly. Be sure to keep an eye on it when opening it to prevent it from burning.

  3. Fry the corn flour and set aside. (It’s good if it looks a little yellow)

  4. Put the water and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer until it becomes a little stringy, then turn off the heat. Don't move it away, use the residual heat of the stove to warm the sugar water so that it does not solidify.

  5. Use a small spoon to pour some into the peanuts, and stir quickly evenly. Immediately dry some of the fried corn flour, and stir until dry. Then scoop some sugar water, put it into the middle of the peanuts mixed with some powder, add more powder... and cycle like this until all the powder is added. Wait until it is rolled out to cool and dry.

  6. After cooling, it will be white hanging frost. The entrance is very dusty.
