Steps
-
Ingredients: 65g low-gluten flour, 80g whole wheat flour, 30g brown sugar, 65g butter, 10g white sugar, 1g baking powder, 25g whole egg liquid.
-
Soften butter and add brown sugar and white sugar.
-
Use a whisk to whip it into a slightly fluffy state.
-
Add half of the egg mixture and beat.
-
Pour in the other half of the egg mixture and continue beating until thick and smooth.
-
Sift in cake flour.
-
Add whole wheat flour and baking powder.
-
Use a rubber spatula to stir until there is no dry powder.
-
Pour onto silicone mat.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangular shape, with a thickness of about 0.3cm (whole wheat flour is added inside, so you need to use a sharper knife when cutting. My knife is not very sharp, so the cutting is not so pretty)
-
Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and poke some holes in the top of the biscuits.
-
Put it in the preheated (160) oven and bake at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes. (upper level)
-
Baked cookies.

It tastes like whole wheat. Very delicious, very sweet. (Don’t eat it when it’s freshly baked, it will taste better after it cools down).
