My wife and I wanted to have a romantic Western meal for our first wedding anniversary. I originally wanted to have a candlelight dinner, but it was still bright during the meal. Haha, the steak took a long time to roast and it almost turned into a barbecue, but my wife wouldn't care hehe

1. 1 Cut the beef into large slices. You can control the thickness of 3 yuan coins. I think it should be almost too thin. Like when I cooked it, it shrank once it was baked. Then I tapped the meat with the back of the knife

   

2. 2 Mix olive oil, black pepper, and salt together and marinate for about 10 minutes without olive oil

   

3. 3 How long you bake it in the oven depends on how mature it is. Take it out and see how it goes
