Five-spice pancake

The freshly baked five-spice pancakes are fragrant, crispy and very delicious. It is also a good choice to make one for breakfast

Mix flour with warm water to form a smooth dough, cover tightly and let rise for 30 minutes

Mix flour, five-spice powder, salt and cooked sesame seeds (you can do without sesame seeds)

Put a little oil in the pot and bring to a boil, pour it into a bowl and mix well to form a puff pastry

Divide the risen dough into two parts

Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape and spread pastry on top

Sprinkle with chopped green onion

Fold one side to 1/3 and brush a layer of oil on the dough

Fold the other side and brush it with a layer of oil

Cut into thin strips, leaving both ends uncut with the first two knives, and cutting with the third knives, as shown in the picture

The dough sheet is very malleable and can be grown appropriately

Roll up

Roll out the rolled dough a little thin

Heat oil in a pan, add rolled dough

Flip and fry again until lightly browned and cooked through

It’s delicious and crispy when eaten hot
