  1. Wash the red adzuki beans and soak them in water for one hour

  2. Pour away the water used to soak the beans, pour the soaked red beans into the inner pot of the pressure cooker, fill it with 1.5 times the water, cover the pot lid and turn the pressure valve to set three or four cooking programs (I use a Supor smart electric pressure cooker at home, so the mastery of different programs of the tools and the amount of water absorbed by the beans are different)

  3. The beans are cooked and are waiting to cool down a bit. Due to the lighting problem, they look quite dark~

  4. It’s easy if you have a food processor at home. This one is very simple (I didn’t buy a machine before, so I just sift the cooked beans. The process was very sad)

  5. Just press a few times and it's OK

  6. Put corn oil in a non-stick pan (the amount of oil is larger than usual for cooking), add bean paste, and white sugar (you can adjust it according to your own taste, you can choose white sugar). Next is a long and non-stop frying process, stir-fry to the extent you need (because I usually use bean paste to make Chinese dim sum, it will be dry and usually need to be stir-fried for 40 minutes. If you are making bean paste buns, you can reduce the time)
