Overview
I learned how to make fusilli noodles from a friend. Once the noodles are ready, they can be used to make soup noodles or fried noodles. When I got home, I couldn't wait to show my baby my cooking skills. My son and dad liked it very much. I also learned a new kind of food. I look forward to the next time I encounter delicious food!

Put 500 grams of flour, an egg, and an appropriate amount of salt into a basin to form a smooth dough. The dough will be slightly harder than dumpling noodles!

After the mixed dough has risen for an hour, place it on the chopping board and roll it into a round cake. The thickness is probably slightly thicker than the dough rolled at home!

Cut the rolled round cake into 1cm squares with a knife

Sprinkle the cut dough pieces with some dry flour, and use your thumbs to crush the dough pieces slightly from one corner to the other on the sushi curtain!

Finally, make hot water, cook the noodles like noodles, and take them out! Heat oil in a pan, scramble eggs, and add various vegetables. If you like meat, you can use shredded pork! Finally, put the cooked noodles into the pot and stir-fry a few times, add seasonings and it’s ready to serve! Don't fry for too long as the noodles are already cooked, otherwise they will stick to the pan!
