I made the leftover sauce for Gaosheng Pork Ribs, and my daughter said I would save it for mixing with noodles.

  1. Oil noodles.

  5. Put the noodles into a pot of boiling water.

  8. Boil the vegetables and fish balls in a small pot until cooked.

  9. Add the lard on the pork ribs sauce to the pot and sauté the green onions until fragrant.
