I bought a whole bottle of pickled peppers and edible white vinegar. The mature vinegar was also used to soak the chicken feet this time. I made two flavors this time. White vinegar and pickled pepper are used to make pickled pepper chicken feet, which is relatively spicy. Aged vinegar chicken feet are just pure vinegar without adding pepper. Because the steps in the early stage are the same, but the last step is that the vinegar and pickled pepper are used differently, so I made them together this time. Friends who like to use mature vinegar and don’t want to eat spicy food can also try making it. Also, I didn’t post a picture of the sugar and salt. It is also important that cold boiled water must be boiled in advance and allowed to cool before being used in the final process.
-
Put the white vinegar and pickled peppers in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add a little salt and water here. After boiling let it cool.

Here I added some soy sauce and some water to the aged vinegar, boiled it and then cooled it.

After the fresh chicken feet are processed, you must cut them into small pieces if you want to make pickled pepper chicken feet, but you don’t need to cut them if you want to make vinegar chicken feet. Then put them together in a pot, add peppercorns and star anise and cook together. After boiling for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat, pour out the water and rinse it with cold water to wash away the excess oil. After rinsing, put it in the pot. Do not throw away the peppercorns and star anise. Continue to put it in the pot and boil it with cold water. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes, then pour out the water and rinse it with cold water. This step needs to be repeated at least three times, I used it four times.

Rinse off the excess oil like this. Do not throw away the peppercorns and star anise. This step can be repeated.

After the chicken feet are cooked, the last step is to rinse them and soak them in cold water. Soak the chicken feet until they cool down and then put them into the prepared bottles of pickled peppers and vinegar.

This one is just pickled pepper and white vinegar. At this time, add the sugar, put it away like this, cover it and put it in the refrigerator, and you can eat it the next day.
-
Just put the chicken feet in the vinegar jar, cover it and put it in the refrigerator, and it will be ready the next day.

It can be eaten the next day! I finished eating the vinegar chicken feet and forgot to take pictures. Friends who like spicy and sour food can give it a try, it tastes pretty good! The method is also quite simple.
