I chose seedless loofah.

Peel and cut into sections;

Soak in salted cold water for a while.

Place the loofah segments on a plate and top with the chili pepper sauce mixed with MSG;

Cover, steam over high heat for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat and remove immediately (not immediately removed, there is too much water vapor);

Put a little garlic on top of the chopped peppers of each loofah segment;

Pour in 70% to 80% hot salad oil.
