Put it into a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush it
-
Prepare the raw materials, crush the durian in a plastic bag
-
Melt butter in water, mix in biscuit crumbs, put into the bottom of the mold and compact
-
To stir the cheese into the sugar, you should use a hand mixer. Since you don’t have a hand mixer at home, you can use an electric mixer with hot water to make the beat smoother
-
Add eggs one at a time and mix well
-
Sift in the flour and mix well
-
I didn’t take a photo of this step. Use a blender to stir the light cream, yogurt, and durian together, and add them to the cheese paste
-
Pour into the mold
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, heat up and down for 90 minutes, use water therapy
-
Once baked, let cool and refrigerate for 3 hours
-
When demoulding, wrap it with a hot towel to make demoulding easier
-
When cutting into pieces, scald the knife in hot water so that it won't stick to you when cutting
