Fried sausage with green pepper

Fried sausage with green pepper

Overview

It’s the beginning of another work week. Fortunately, I don’t have to go on any show this week. After get off work, I remembered that I had green peppers at home. I bought them when I was making beer duck two days ago. There were also previously cooked sausages in the refrigerator, so I fried the sausages with green peppers. It is a very homely dish. When cooking, I often make do with the ingredients I have on hand, as long as they taste good to me. I used onion, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns and millet pepper, and no other seasonings were used, because I feel that the smoked sausage or bacon just wants that smoked flavor, so I used onion, ginger, garlic and some dried Sichuan peppercorns to stir-fry it. In addition, it is better to use vegetables with less moisture to stir-fry them. The sausage I used was already cooked.
