Wash the baby cabbage and cut into long strips

Peel the garlic, flatten and chop into minced garlic

After boiling water in the pot, add a spoonful of peanut oil, a little salt and chicken powder, then add the baby cabbage and blanch it

Rinse the cooked baby cabbage with cold water, then drain the water and place the baby cabbage evenly on the plate

Add a little oil to the pot and heat it up, then turn off the heat, add the minced garlic and stir-fry with the remaining heat until fragrant

Put the fried minced garlic into a bowl, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little chicken powder, a few drops of sesame oil, a spoonful of peanut oil and mix well. Take another bowl and add two spoons of chopped pepper and mix with the same ingredients
