Grilled Wings with Onions
Overview
🌸🌸I like to eat wing roots recently. In addition to braised, fried, and teriyaki, grilled wing roots are also a good choice. I happened to buy onions at home. Onions themselves are vegetables and taste sweet. In addition, they can be used as spices to remove the fishy smell of meat. It goes well with chicken wings. Let’s grill chicken wings with onions😋

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the wings and drain the water. Add salt, cooking wine, white pepper, black pepper and garlic chili sauce, mix well with your hands, put it in the refrigerator and marinate (it can be marinated at room temperature in winter) for more than half an hour.
-
Wash and shred the onions, spread evenly on the cut baking paper, and set aside. The onions I bought were relatively large, weighing 1 pound each, so I only used one. For normal-sized onions, two would be about the same.
-
Place the pickled wing roots on top of the onions, and then place an appropriate amount of onions on top.
-
Take a piece of cut baking paper (the same size as the baking paper on which the onions are laid on the lower layer), overlap the two papers, roll them from the edges to the middle, and secure them with stainless steel clips (plastic clips cannot be used, as the plastic will melt during the baking process). After preheating the oven, bake at 200 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat for 30 minutes.
