I always buy grilled cold noodles and eat them. Watching people make them is a kind of art. The movements are swishy and fast~ The more I see it, the more I want to try it myself~ The ingredients are not complete, so let’s make do with it~ The first time I uploaded it, it’s funny~~~

Ingredients and seasonings, I’m missing onions and coriander, hoho

Pour the sweet noodle sauce, tomato sauce, and sugar together with water and mix thoroughly. Cut the intestines in half and chop the green onions. If you like sweet and sour taste, add more tomato sauce and sugar according to your own taste~

Pour oil into the pot and add cold noodles over low heat

Crack in an egg, wait until the egg solidifies slightly, then flip and fry the other side

When turning it over, pour some vinegar along the edge of the pot to the bottom of the pot so that the eggs will not stick to the bottom of the pot. Put the prepared sauce, chopped green onion (onion, coriander) and Taiwanese sausage on top and fry on both sides~

Roll the sausage in, turn off the heat, and it's ok. The salad dressing is just for the sake of appearance, but the result is counterproductive, haha~ It doesn't look good, try your best next time. Just cut it into several sections after it’s out of the pan
