Overview
Wuchang rice is delicious. Come and try it. Today I beat Wuchang rice into rice flour, mixed it with flour and steamed it into steamed cakes. It is basically half rice and half flour, with a little sugar and raisins added. The steamed cakes exude an attractive rice aroma and are much more delicious than ordinary steamed cakes. First, use a food processor to grind Wuchangdao Huaxiang rice into powder.
