Cherry Mille-feuille
Overview
Cherries are known as the diamonds among fruits. Its iron content is 20-30 times that of apples, ranking first among fruits; it is also rich in protein; its vitamin A content is 5 times that of grapes; and its vitamin C content is also very high. Regular consumption does have a beauty effect. The organic cherries from Tianbao Town, Xintai, Shandong, are as red as agate, with skin like gelatin, crystal clear, exquisite and attractive. Use it to decorate desserts, it's beautiful. Flying cake is also my favorite ingredient. It has high plasticity and good taste. It is very suitable for baking beginners.
