Stir-fried Winter Melon with Bacon Sausage
Overview
I picked a winter melon a few days ago. Before I opened it, I saw that it was covered with hairs. I mistakenly thought it was a zucchini (hairy melon). This is because melons use their hair to protect themselves from insects when they grow. Therefore, when planting winter melons, we try to preserve the hairs of the winter melon. After opening the melon, I realized that it was a winter melon. A large part of it was used to make soup, and the rest was used to stir-fry meat. It is also very good.
