Use a rubber spatula to gently stir the cookie batter into a smooth ball

Pour the batter onto the chopping board and roll it into a long strip with a diameter of about 2.5cm. Place the strips in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator (the ice layer) and freeze for more than 1.5 hours until the strips become hard.

Cut the frozen strips into small rounds with a thickness of about 0.8cm.
