Sweet peanuts
Overview
Peanut is sweet in taste and neutral in nature; it returns to the spleen and lung meridians. Strengthen the spleen and stomach, moisten the lungs and resolve phlegm. Mainly used for spleen deficiency and poor transportation, nausea and discomfort, lactation, athlete's foot, dryness of the lungs, cough, and dry stools. Yellow-skinned leaves are yellow-skinned leaves of Rutaceae plants. Functions and Indications: Dispersing wind and relieving external symptoms, removing phlegm and promoting qi. Treat febrile diseases such as body heat, cough and asthma, bloating and abdominal pain, jaundice, malaria, difficulty in urination, and heat-toxic scabies. Many people at home grow yellow-skinned trees. Every time they cook peanuts, they like to pick some yellow-skinned leaves and cook them together. They say that the peanuts cooked in this way will be more fragrant and less prone to flatulence if eaten too much. It seems quite reasonable.
