Fried Sausage with Snow Peas
Overview
When I was a child, there were so many sausages with high meat content. Most of them were starchy ham sausages. This was not a good thing in the eyes of parents, and their consumption was once strictly restricted. The most common thing is to pair it with green leafy vegetables, which is called balanced nutrition. Most of the time, snow peas take on the important task, which also became my first memory of sausage.
