Cranberry snack
Overview
This small meal bag is the basic dough of milk bread. Some cranberries are added to it. Although it is a basic bread, dried fruit is added to give it a rich texture. When you bite into the dried fruit, it tastes sour and sweet

Steps
-
Put the milk, eggs, salt and sugar into the bread bucket first
-
Then add high-gluten flour and yeast powder and mix into a dough. After the dough mixing process, add butter. I actually forgot to take a picture of the step of adding butter, the text explains it.
-
When the edges of the holes are smooth after pulling out the film, you can knead the dough for another 2 minutes
-
Until the thin and flexible glove membrane can be pulled out
-
Knead the dough to the expansion stage
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until 2-3 times in size
-
Deflate the fermented dough, divide it into portions and cover it with plastic wrap for about 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough, flatten it, and wrap it with dried cranberries. I was too lazy to save the trouble, I should have rolled it out flat. I don't get it evenly this way. The finished picture looks like the dried fruits are evenly distributed
-
Roll it up with the seam facing down
-
Place in a baking pan to keep moist and keep warm until doubled in size
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, then bake on the second level under the oven for 13-15 minutes
-
Let the baked bread cool and enjoy
