Fried steamed bun slices
Overview
Cut the steamed bun slices a little thicker and taste crispy. About the pot: It is better to use a round bottom pot for frying. If it is a pan, you can put less oil on the bottom of the pot, and then brush the steamed bun slices with oil, or put less oil on the bottom of the pot and add oil again when it is gone.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the steamed buns into thick slices.
-
Put oil in the pot and reduce the heat by 5-6%.
-
Add the steamed bun slices and turn to low heat. (The steamed bun itself is cooked. Frying it over low heat makes the skin of the steamed bun crispy and reduces the water content.)
-
When one side changes color, turn it over and fry. If the oil is gone, add more oil.
-
Place the fried steamed bun slices on a plate and sprinkle with sugar with a small spoon.
