Egg whole grain cake
Overview
Two portions of flour, one portion of cornmeal, one egg, and one carton of milk. Without adding a drop of water, bake a roll with vegetables and some meat. It’s a full breakfast. It’s so delicious. I feel like I eat it much faster than when I cook it. It’s all gone in an instant. I cook more at once and eat less.
