Ingredients
Steps
-
Two apples
-
Peel, wash and cut into small cubes. Add a little salt and scratch
-
Add 10 grams of butter to the pan
-
Add the diced apples and stir-fry until soft
-
Add 10 grams of lemon juice, 40 grams of sugar and 20 grams of water, stir-fry until thickened and set aside
-
After softening 60 grams of butter at room temperature, add 150 grams of low-gluten flour and 15 grams of sugar and knead well with your hands
-
Add 48 grams of water and knead into a dough
-
Hold the mixing bowl and let the dough rest for 20 minutes
-
Divide into six equal parts
-
Take a small portion of dough and roll it into thin sheets
-
Gently press the pie crust tightly with your hands and remove the excess pie crust, then use a fork to poke some small holes in the bottom of the pie crust
-
Fill the apple filling and roll out the excess pie crust and cut it into small strips
-
Make a cross grid on top (I didn’t do it well, it’s just a throwaway idea)
-
Preheat the oven to 200C and bake for 30 minutes
-
Take out of the oven and let cool before serving
